Become a Minerva Mentor.
Becoming a Minerva Mentor is not a franchise, a coaching certification, or a “business opportunity” in the traditional sense.
It is a leadership role for experienced women who want to do business differently — and help other women do the same.
A leadership role rooted in lived experience
Facilitation, not teaching
Relationship-based, recurring income
Structured and supported
Built around who you are — not who you’re told to be
A franchise
A coaching qualification
A rigid, one-size-fits-all model
Hustle culture in disguise
A beginner pathway
A Minerva Mentor facilitates a Minerva Business Circle — a confidential, curated space where women come together to reflect, make aligned decisions, and grow their businesses in ways that actually work for their lives.
There are no slides.
No strategies being imposed.
No one being told what they should do.
As a Mentor, you don’t perform, fix, or rescue.
You hold the space, guide the process, and lead through presence, experience, and perspective.

Minerva Business Circles are intentionally different from traditional masterminds, coaching groups, or networking spaces.
They are built around:

clarity over noise
reflection before action
sustainable growth
sovereignty in decision-making
This isn’t just about supporting others—it’s about creating your own thriving mentoring business, built for long-term success.
Minerva Mentors are experienced women. Not performers. Not beginners.
You may already have run your own business, exited or reshaped your work,
or have another income stream and want something more meaningful.
You’re likely trusted by other women, calm in complexity, confident without needing to prove it,
and ready to lead without over-explaining yourself.
This is not for everyone — and it’s not meant to be.

Every Minerva Mentor experiences the Circle as a member first.
Before launching your own Circle, you:
participate as a member in another Mentor’s Circle
experience the process from the inside
spend a minimum of three months in the work
This is non-negotiable.
You don’t lead something you haven’t lived.
You don’t offer something you don’t embody.
Minerva is not a solo endeavour.
As a Mentor, you receive access to the Mentors’ Monthly Business Circle, peer-level support from other experienced Mentors, clear structure for how Circles run, and the freedom to lead in your own way within firm boundaries.
You are supported as much as you support others.

This isn’t about scaling fast.
It’s about building something that lasts.
As a Minerva Mentor, you create recurring, relationship-based income, a body of work you’re proud to stand behind, and a leadership role that fits your life rather than consuming it.
For many women, this becomes a core income stream or a portfolio role that still feels alive.
Minerva was born from a simple belief:
Women don’t need more strategies.
Business doesn’t need to be performative.
Leadership doesn’t need to be exhausting.
The work is rooted in Minerva: A Manifesto for Women Who Want to Do Business, Make Money, and Enjoy Life — and brought to life through the Circles.
At its heart, Minerva is business with sovereignty at the centre.
