About:
For too long, women have been expected to play by business rules that weren’t designed for them. Work harder. Hustle more. Sacrifice everything. But let’s be honest—who is that actually working for?
The Minerva Manifesto™ is about doing business differently—with sovereignty, strategy, and ease. It’s about breaking free from outdated models that keep women undercharging, overworking, and feeling like they’re never quite enough.
This isn’t just a book. It’s a movement. A call for women to build real financial success—without burnout, without guilt, and without following a path that doesn’t fit.
Miranda Christopher,
CEO Avant-Garde Transformation and Creator of The MINERVA Manifesto™
A year into my recovery from life-changing burnout, I attended a female success event. I had been rebuilding my life, carefully piecing together what had gone wrong and what had to change. I was no longer in survival mode, but I could still recognise it—because I had lived it.
As I listened to the women in that room, I saw something that others seemed to miss. They spoke about their ambition, their goals, their drive. They used the right words—the confidence, the vision, the passion. But their bodies told a different story.
I saw the tension in their shoulders. The hesitation in their voices. The exhaustion they were trying to hide behind polished introductions and power poses. These women weren’t thriving. They were surviving.
And I had to know why.
That moment ignited something in me. I spent the next three and a half years researching and developing what would become The Minerva Manifesto™. At first, I was focused on a single question:
Why do women fail in business?
But as I worked with women at every stage—from those just starting out to those running six and seven-figure companies—the question evolved. It wasn’t about failure. It was about what women need to succeed.
That shift became the foundation of The Minerva Manifesto™—a powerful framework designed to help women break free from outdated business models and create profitable, sustainable success on their terms.
I wasn’t just researching this—I had lived it.
Before my burnout, I had built a business that, on paper, was successful. I worked hard. I followed the strategies. I checked every box. But underneath it all, I was exhausted. My business wasn’t supporting me—I was sacrificing myself to keep it running.
Then, overnight, it collapsed.
I had no choice but to stop. And in that space—where everything had been stripped away—I saw the truth. I had been building my business the wrong way all along.
That realisation changed everything.
I didn’t just rebuild—I built differently. I took everything I had learned through research, my own experience, and the patterns I saw in other women, and I created a new way forward.
That new way became The Minerva Manifesto™
